Shipping Policy
Balodana designers are responsible for their individual shipping, and you’ll receive an estimate and shipping confirmation for each order. Most items are made and shipped within two weeks from your order date, but more elaborate or heavily customized orders may take longer.
Guarantee and Returns
Each item you order did not exist before you ordered it - it’s uniquely yours and made to your body’s custom measurements. Therefore, we do not offer traditional “returns” on your purchases, but we do offer a Customer Happiness Guarantee and will cover local alterations costs.
