Each Balodana designer merchant is responsible for their individual shipping, and you’ll receive an estimate and shipping confirmation for each order. We encourage merchants to prepare items and have them shipped so that you receive your purchases within two weeks from your order date, but more elaborate or heavily customized orders may take longer. Shipping costs will vary from merchant to merchant and are shown in your shopping cart checkout and receipt.
Guarantee and Returns
Please ensure we have the right measurements for you. We guarantee that your purchases will fit the measurements you provided to us in your shopping cart checkout or in your stored Balodana personal profile. We know that it’s possible your garment may still need additional alterations for fine-tuning, so we offer reimbursement of local alterations, up to 25% of the original garment price. We’ll even help you get set up with a quality local tailor if you don’t already have one.
Each item you order did not exist before you ordered it - it’s uniquely yours and made to your body’s custom measurements. Therefore, we do not offer traditional “returns” on your purchases, but your happiness is our goal which is why we made our Customer Happiness Guarantee. If an item cannot be altered to fit, we will work with our designers to find a resolution.
